Mr. Neil Baumgartner teaches at North Heights Christian Academy on Mondays and Wednesdays. The band schedule is in coordination with North Heights’ school schedule.

Mr. Nelson Penserga and Mrs. Candice Krmpotich co-teach at St. John’s on Tuesdays. The band schedule is in coordination with St. John’s school schedule.

Mrs. Laura Thompson teaches at St. Michael’s in Prior Lake on Thursdays. The band schedule is in coordination with St. Michael’s school schedule.

Mr. Neil Baumgartner teaches at Holy Spirit Catholic School in St. Paul on Fridays. Mrs. Candice Krmpotich co-teaches at Holy Spirit as well. Lessons and rehearsals are planned around Holy Spirit’s schedule.

Mrs. Candice Krmpotich will teach at North Metro Flex Academy. The band schedule will take place during the school day.

Mrs. Candice Krmpotich is the director at Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy. Lessons and rehearsals are scheduled during the school day.

Located in St. Michael, Mr. Nelson Penserga will be teaching 5th grade band lessons and rehearsals in the afternoons during the week. New in 2025-2026, we will be offering lessons to intermediate students in grades 6-8 as well.

Our Burnsville Homeschool Band meets on Tuesdays at the Lutheran Church of the Ascension from September - May.

Mr. Baumgartner teaches the Burnsville Homeschool Band.

The Northfield Homeschool Band meets at Emmaus Church on Tuesdays. Beginning Band rehearsal is at 1:00 pm, with Concert Band (students with one year of experience or more) at 1:30 pm. Small group lessons are scheduled before and after rehearsal.

The West Metro Homeschool Band takes place on Wednesdays at Calvary Lutheran Church in Golden Valley. Individual and small group lessons are offered as well as a large ensemble experience.

The Faith Christian Homeschool Band meets on Mondays at Rockpoint Church in Lake Elmo. This band program is partnered with the Faith Christian Home Educators Co-op. You must be a part of the co-op to participate in this band.

Concert Band (students who have been playing for one year or more) rehearsal is at 11:00 AM with Beginning Band (students starting on their instruments this year) at 1 PM. Small group lessons surrounding that time both in the morning and in the afternoon. Mrs. Laura Thompson & Mrs. Candice Krmpotich teach at FCHE.
