2026 - 2027 Band Registration Form

If you select this option, you will pay the first month of band upon registration. Your monthly payment will be withdrawn on the same day that you register each month.

If you register on April 8, your first payment will be paid immediately. Your next payment would be withdrawn September 8, October 8, etc. for a total of 9 payments.

If you register on September 8, your first payment will be paid immediately. The next payment will come out October 8, November 8, etc. for a total of 9 payments.

If you select this option, you will pay the first semester of band upon registration. The second semester will be paid in January.

When you choose your payment selection below, you will be taken to Stripe, our payment portal, to submit your credit card information. At any time, you will be able to log into Stripe's customer portal to change card information and see your past invoices as well as upcoming invoices.

Registration for the following fall will be open April 1st - June 15th. Registration before June 15th each year will save the equivalent of $25-$30 per child, depending on the payment cycle you select. After June 15th, prices will increase.

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to withdraw from band before the end of the school year. Please reach out to your band director and also Laura Thompson at info@encoreensembles.com if plans change and you need to withdraw from Encore Ensembles
